Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

2. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

3. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions.

5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

Qualifications:

Required:

1. Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. (Neutral to American accent)

2. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

4. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

5. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

6. Pleasing personality and voice

7. Work driven

8. With working knowledge of basic Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace

Optional:

1. Recruitment experience.

2. With experience with long-term care or U.S. based companies

3. Experience with Apploi, Microsoft Outlook, or Workday
