Summary: This position requires excellent customer service/relationship-building skills and the ability to recruit top talent in the marketplace through sourcing and networking. Deliver all facets of recruiting throughout the Company, including using traditional and non-traditional sources for the development and implementation of recruiting and hiring solutions. The Recruiter plays a critical role in obtaining the best possible talent for the Company.
Essential Functions:
- Employ strong customer service skills to ensure that all candidates have a positive experience from initial contact through assignment.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including databases, job boards, social media, and networking to identify and connect with Healthcare Professionals.
- Conduct candidate database screenings to evaluate qualifications, licensure, certifications, and clinical skills.
- Accurately convey information about pay, duration of assignment, and job specifics.
- Gather submission materials from submission and process them to meet client requirements.
- Guide Healthcare Professionals through submission and credentialing processes and throughout their assignments.
- Update and maintain company ATS to ensure accurate records.
- Quickly resolve Healthcare Professionals questions/concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and nurture relationships with Healthcare Professionals to expand the network and candidate pool.
- Meet and/or exceed set metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Communicate effectively and efficiently through verbal and written correspondence.
- Prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong track record of developing successful, high revenue partnerships.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Recruiting experience and knowledge of healthcare field required.
- Full life cycle recruiting highly preferred.
- Ability to act independently of other recruiters and immediate supervisor for full business recruiting/hiring needs.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of recruiting in medical and healthcare required.
- Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Internet sourcing, and ATS usage.
