Job Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth workflow on the floor and the overall production targets, productivity, performance and quality. The role entails building a strong and effective operations team and ensures that the team leaders and the associates meet the required standards.
Qualification & Experience
Critical:
Graduation in any discipline
3-5 years in a supervisory/manager position in BPO industry (Healthcare Program)
Critical:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
Able to lead and inspire the Team and ensure achieving the set targets
Good Interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and an attitude oriented towards People, Processes
and Technology
Good mathematical and statistical skills for analysis of data and generation of reports.
Good mentoring and motivating skills.
