Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced VA for Healthcare Research Operations and Data Strategy to lead our research initiatives in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, data analytics, and experience with Microsoft 365 tools to guide our research team and drive success.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute healthcare research strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Manage all stages of research projects to ensure quality and relevance.

- Analyze large datasets using Microsoft 365 tools.

- Lead and support a team of researchers, analysts, and project managers.

- Assist team members and adapt to spontaneous situations.

- Engage stakeholders, clients, and vendors to translate findings into actionable insights.

- Stay updated on healthcare, analytics, and technology trends.

- Create data-driven solutions to enhance healthcare services and outcomes.

SCHEDULE: Start Time: 8:30 am PST M-F (Tue-Sat 12:30 am - 8:30 am PH Time)

Other Requirements: Minimum Computer/Laptop specs: 8GB RAM + SSD

Internet: 20mbps up

Qualifications:

- (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry trends.

- Proven leadership and management experience.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
