What will you do in this role
You will be responsible for providing expertise and excellent customer service support that meet the needs of our patients by educating them on balance billing, payment processing, available payment arrangement, dispute resolution, collecting accurate insurance information, verifying benefits and eligibility, appointment setting, treatments and follow ups, patient support, also, coordination with the doctor's office to secure authorization, among others.
Qualifications
- Completion of at least 2 years of college education.
- For individuals with a Medical Allied background (such as Nursing, Radiology Technology, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, etc.), a minimum of 1 year of BPO experience is required.
- For those with a Non-Medical Allied background, at least 2 years of BPO voice experience is needed.
- Ability to work in an onsite setup in BGC, Taguig and flexible with graveyard and rotating shifts.
