- Qualifications & experience
Preferably a Bachelor's Degree holder of any course (priority will be given to graduates of Medical Allied courses)- With at least 2 years BPO voice experience, preferably a healthcare account
Ability to work in an onsite setup in QC and flexible with graveyard and rotating shifts.
Provide expertise and excellent customer service support that meet the needs of our patients by educating them on balance billing, payment processing, available payment arrangement, dispute resolution, verifying benefits and eligibility
- Coordinate with the doctor's office to secure authorization.
