Researching for a good contact where to send the requests for items needed for Medicaid Application- Sending out requests to different institutions
Outbound calls to follow-up on the requests that has been sent to institutions
- Reviewing statements for more income information of the resident to be requested
Saving documents to respective resident's folder- Assisting Medicaid Case Managers on a daily basis.
Filling out Medicaid application forms
