Job Description
Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 months BPO or CSR related work experience
Graduate of 4 year course with or without work experience
Has a good customer service orientation
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Has good analytical skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to work onsite
