Job Description- Engage and support US Healthcare providers and clinics
Handle interactions and general correspondence professionally and efficiently.- Execute tasks aligned with the specific requirements and protocols of our US-based clientele.
Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure streamlined operations and superior service delivery.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience or exposure in healthcare support roles is an advantage.
1 to 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in technical support or customer service.- Ability to adapt and learn quickly within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Availability to work within the business hours of our US-based clients.
