Lead and develop a team of Aftercare Coordinators, responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the team.
Execute supervisory responsibilities in accordance with client policies and procedures, including interviewing, training, and motivating employees.
Plan, assign, and direct work; reward and discipline employees; and effectively resolve conflicts.
Communicate policies to coordinators and serve as the primary information source for staff, ensuring compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action as necessary.
Project Management
Solve complex vendor invoicing issues and proactively address negative service trends.
Utilize resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures effectively.
Develop, analyze, and improve new strategies and procedures.
Develop and achieve performance goals and objectives to meet vendor promise expectations.
Perform other projects and duties as required.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Applicants must be willing to work in Market! Market! Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of Team Leader experience in a healthcare account under a BPO company.
Willingness to work on-site in Market! Market!, and to render overtime as needed.
