Job Description

People Management:

  • Lead and develop a team of Aftercare Coordinators, responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the team.
  • Execute supervisory responsibilities in accordance with client policies and procedures, including interviewing, training, and motivating employees.
  • Plan, assign, and direct work; reward and discipline employees; and effectively resolve conflicts.
  • Communicate policies to coordinators and serve as the primary information source for staff, ensuring compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action as necessary.

Project Management

  • Solve complex vendor invoicing issues and proactively address negative service trends.
  • Utilize resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures effectively.
  • Develop, analyze, and improve new strategies and procedures.
  • Develop and achieve performance goals and objectives to meet vendor promise expectations.
  • Perform other projects and duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Market! Market! Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of Team Leader experience in a healthcare account under a BPO company.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Market! Market!, and to render overtime as needed.
