- Your Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and help about healthcare services.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must have at least two years of college completed.- Must have at least one year of BPO international voice account experience.
Provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) from your past work experiences.
- During the endorsement process, candidates need to submit their curriculum vitae.
Salary up to PHP 24,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
