Plan and implement OHS policies and programs
Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics
Prepare safety educational training and seminars on a regular basis
Review existing Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedures
Adhere to all Safety Health and Environment rules and regulations
Work with HR to set up a new employee onboarding process for Safety, Health and Environment work standards.
Conduct Risk Assessment Program
Enforce preventative measures
Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solution
Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes.
Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees safety
- Required Competency, Knowledge and Skills:
With experience as Pollution Control Officer.
Experience in environmental regulatory requirements,
With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Course.
With advanced trainings related to Occupational Safety and Health (LCM, SPA, TOT)
In depth knowledge of OHS legislation and procedures.
With knowledge on Environmental laws and legislations.
Knowledge of potential hazardous materials or practices.
Experience in writing reports and policies for Health and Safety.
Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
With knowledge on Environment-related tasks (SMR, CMR, Permits and Licenses renewal)
Diligent with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
Attention to details and high level of accuracy.

Analytical skills.
Good physical condition.
