Job Description:
ABI seeks a highly skilled and experienced Head of Structural Construction Management to lead and oversee all service delivery for our structural projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a team of exceptional project managers, ensuring the on-time completion, safety, and outstanding quality of all our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of structural construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of project managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks impacting delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are effectively allocated.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, progress, and performance.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in structural construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Dynamic leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
