Responsibilities: - Developing and executing strategies to meet business objectives, such as expanding market reach, develop and increasing new revenue streams, and improving customer satisfaction and experience.
Will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for identified key accounts and lead the creation of end-to end solutions that address customer's needs across various brands, products or services offered by the company. This could involve bundling products/services, integrating technologies, or customizing offerings to deliver maximum value to clients.- Develops multi-category solutions for each of the verticals (commercial, hotels, high rise residential, retain food and non-food + offices), and works with the business entities in product assortment and pricing, and to liaise on customers concerns and opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth. This may involve market research, competitor analysis, and networking to establish relationships with potential customers and/or business partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure high levels of customer experience. This could involve regular communication, gathering feedback, and providing solutions to address any concerns
Work closely with teams across the organization, such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to align efforts and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. This could involve analyzing data, conducting market research, and staying informed about competitors activities.
Assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, such as diversifying revenue streams, establishing contingency plans, and/or implementing compliance measures.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and on-time and full (OTIF) total solutions delivery to customers. This could involve analyzing sales metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with legal teams to ensure all agreements and contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- Hands-on experience and proven track record on business development and key account management
Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, derive insights and make strategic recommendations.
