About the Job
The Head of Telesales will be responsible for leading and managing the telesales team in the Philippines to achieve sales targets for different personal finance products, lead and develop a high-performing telesales team, and contribute to the growth of the group. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
The Head of Telesales will be responsible for:
Develop and implement telesales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Set and achieve sales targets for the telesales team
Manage and coach the telesales team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance and sales.
Create/Use reports or dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders especially in terms of sales performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
Understands internal and external user journeys. Takes accountability for their maintenance and enhancement.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Able to simplify and communicate complex concepts into easy to understand ideas.
Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience and maximize revenue
Monitor and report on telesales performance metrics to senior management
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in telesales management
Knowledge of contact center technology and systems, including IVR, CRM, sales data analysis, and workforce management tools
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
Proven experience in banking and insurance is a plus.
