Location: Makati
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Schedule: Dayshift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Mentor and develop the sales team

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years as Sales Director, driving 150M-300M revenue
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of Service & Industrials industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
