Responsibilities:
Achieve the budget by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data and making forecasts.
Ensure that quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set individual objectives and track progress.
Implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objective. This includes identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analyzing trends and data and creating sales plan to increase revenues.
Establish sales objective for every sales territories and provide monthly rolling sales forecast to management
Requirements:
At least 10 years experience in business development/sales
At least 5 years experience in construction industries
Experience in DPWH and government project is desirable, but not required
