Overall Job Purpose: To provide leadership over the sales department and responsible for driving direct results in top line sales growth, field productivity and market penetration
- Managing business unit operations and strong business development growth.
Ascertain sales achievement, minimize sales provision and product returns, and maximize profitability.
- Ensuring completion and implementation of marketing plans, and sales action plans.
Managing yearly sales budget and ensuring allocated expenses are maintained within defined budgets.- Developing sales and marketing strategy, and maximizing ROI.
Ensure good product management and capture new business development opportunities.
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Medicine or any Business Course
Required Skill(s): Good Interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
