Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Analytical Skills, Sales, and Account Management
Experience in team management and sales management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • 5 years of experience in sales.
Experience in the oil industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • Responsibilities:
To lead and supervise the local sales operation of the Sales Department.
  • Meet Sales target set forth by the company.
Monitor Planning and Budgeting expenses.
  • Report status of all accounts, competitive activities, sales data, sales forecast, customer information and others as requested by management.
Maintain and improve relationship with customers.
  • Recommending for and on behalf of the company on sales related matter, subject to approval by management, and/or in accordance with already approved policies and regulations, if any.
Motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals
  • And such other matters that may be required by the management, on sales related matters.
  • Sales Engineer
Promote and sell company products and services by interacting with established customers and new prospects.
  • Establish relationship through sales visit/calls and providing market intelligence to the management.
Develop excellent technical knowledge of the company products and their application to customer needs and requirements.
  • Quotes prices, terms of sales and delivery dates to customers.
Familiarize customers new and existing products by securing samples, literature, and specifications.
  • Assist in Attaining the goals set by Sales Department.
