Job Description:- Strategize and Execute Sales Plans: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the assigned region to achieve revenue and growth targets. Continuously refine strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics.
Sales Forecasting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management to aid in resource allocation and planning. Use data-driven insights to anticipate market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.Compensation Planning:
Propose competitive salary policies, incentives, and contests for sales staff that align with the company's budget while attracting and retaining top talent.Team Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members to maximize their performance and career growth. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Performance Management: Establish clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team. Regularly review performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Compliance:
Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. Implement regular training and monitoring to maintain compliance.Reporting:
Generate comprehensive reports on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators. Present findings and actionable insights to senior management.Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Identify new business opportunities and potential threats to the company's market position.
Cross-Department Coordination:
Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of strategies and resources. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Board Reporting:
Report sales results, strategic initiatives, and operational updates directly to the Board of Directors. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in managing field sales teams with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the fintech, banking, and insurance industries, particularly in consumer lending products.Network Development: Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a nationwide sales network.
- Digital Marketing: Experience in digital marketing strategies and their application to sales is a plus.
