OverviewThe Head of Sales and Operations oversees all the daily operations of every store format. He/she needs to be passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and driving sales. He/she will manage the store's employees, including hiring, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties and responsibilities by training, coaching, and developing the team. The Head of Sales & Operations will be responsible for leading, motivating & engaging the entire Sales & Operations Team to ensure the goals and measurables are met, if not exceeded.
Drive sales and profitability
- Build, motivate, and manage the entire sales & operations team
Lead by example, coaching the area management team in bringing out the best in every team member- Create Toolkits, Core Processes, and Systems to ensure that the entire team operates with discipline
Execute store development strategies/plans in line with the business strategies/plans.
- Implement store openings on time based on the New Store Development Core Process.
Collaborate with Marketing Division, Plant Group, and other multifunctional business partners to ensure an effective and efficient business ecosystem- Lead manpower efficiency and productivity strategies
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, with at least 10 Years experience in the QSR Food Industry with experience in Retail Operations, Franchise Management, Area Sales Management, B2B Sales- Strategic Thinker and Planner
Analytical and has the Leadership Mindset to drive change and systemic innovation based on data
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills; Passion for Noble Causes, willing to work in Start-Ups
Flexible in work schedule and location; willing to work substantially in Cavite
