Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Sales and Business Development at Gladex Travel and Tours Corp in Manila. As the leader of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing accounts, overseeing the sales team, and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth and development goals.

• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales plans
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
