Job Description
- Create and execute strategies for warehousing, fulfillment, and reverse logistics across the region.
- Mentor and lead high-performance teams locally and remotely, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Own logistics costs in the P&L and identify cost-saving initiatives while maintaining KPIs and service quality.
- Pursue innovative solutions to maintain a high-quality customer experience in last mile and reverse logistics.
- Identify systems requirements for warehousing, last mile, and reverse logistics and communicate these to project managers and tech teams.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in warehousing, fulfillment operations, systems implementation, and contract management
- Leadership experience
