- EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTCollege degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related fields.
- WORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING REQUIREMENT:More than three years similar or related work experience within the banking or payments industry.
- KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:Must be able to conceptualize new ideas, research the new idea, and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint.
- History of product development and management accomplishments and initiative.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Able to present strategic ideas to senior management and perform product discussion and presentation with members and participants.
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Combined creative and analytical skills
- Above average skill in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated to learn new technology
- Results Oriented Meets deadlines on assignments, juggle multiple demands and to work with all types of individuals up to and including the Board of Directors
- Attention to detail and accuracy
