• Key Objective

Enabling the regional teams to run structurally similar processes for all sectors by identifying and centralizing these processes

• Expected Actions

Identify processes by maintaining a central repository of instructions steps

• Ensure minimal to no deviations in executions across sectores for similar processes

Function as leader by proactively setting and aligning on structures across multiple BU's

• Evaluate incoming feedback regarding improvements on process management

Maintain and improve budget by driving automation through collaboration with the product team

• Identify and drive experience related initiatives based on value proposition to clients and group

• Requirements:

5-6 years in managing cross-border operations, demonstrating a deep understanding of international logistics and regulations.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in procurement, with a solid grasp of sourcing, supplier management, and negotiation.

Proven track record in project management, with experience leading complex projects to successful completion.

• Demonstrates a high level of integrity and reliability in all professional activities.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, showing initiative and self-direction

• Possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to implement structured processes for efficiency.

Proven track record of successfully leading operational excellence initiatives and process improvements.
