RecruitGo is searching for a seasoned Head of Legal professional to lead their legal department. The Head of Legal will oversee all legal matters, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic legal advice to support the organization's mission and operations.
The client provides essential market entry services such as company registration, tax, licensing, and compliance assistance in various international markets. We aim to simplify the complexities of cross-border business operations through innovative technology solutions.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all company activities align with local and international laws. Monitor changes in regulations and advise on compliance.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support Emerhub's expansion into new markets and services. Provide actionable insights and risk assessments.
Advisory:
Serve as a legal advisor to the management team, providing strategic legal guidance on business operations and initiatives.Contract Review:
Oversee the drafting, review, and approval of contracts and agreements to ensure they meet legal standards and protect the company's interests.Training and Development: Develop and conduct training programs for staff on legal and regulatory topics to enhance compliance awareness and practices.
Master's degree in (International) Law.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a multinational environment.
Strong understanding of international corporate law and compliance issues.- Excellent research, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Very organized and detail-oriented.
