We are now looking for Head of GSU MOAI Demand Management.. The position is part of the Group Supply MOAI leadership team, reporting to Head of Group Supply MOAI.
As the Head of Head of GSU MOAI Demand Management you will coordinate demand sense and shape, portfolio management and product substitution and work close with our CU Supply units to ensure correct preparation to deliver predictably and efficiently for both the customer as well as Ericsson.
What you will do
Through coordination of the demand sensing and shaping ensure we have agreed plans and milestones set to enable predictable supply chains, short lead times and minimized risk
Drive standardization of portfolio management to ensure we leverage on scale to offer the best customer value
Coordinate our Supply commercialization execution among our different CUs and accounts to ensure the right terms and conditions are set with our customers
Coordinate product substitutions together with the MA
Ensure we have the best sales and operational planning process possible including clear monetary and capability related consequences
Form productive teams and manage Business Continuity
Oversee OKR/Scorecard and manage Risks, initiating mitigation actions where necessary
Drive for a lean and agile Supply Chain while ensuring Supply Process adherence for your unit following the Ericsson Supply Model
You will bring
