Head of Finance

Our client, a leading global company in affordable medicines (specialty generic medicines), is in need of a Finance & Commercial Head for its Philippine operations.

The role will functionally report to the Regional Finance Controller and administratively report to the Country Head - Phils

Job Scope:

Financial Set-Up and Control

Accounting and Tax

Compliance and Audit

Financial Analysis & Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting

Commercial & Sales Administration (including price master control maintenance & review of distributor agreements

Treasury

Team Development and External Stakeholder Management

Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, Accounting, CPA or equivalent preferred
• At least 10 years experience in finance leadership roles, ideally in FMCG, Pharma, Retail Industry
• Deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance and reporting standards
• Strong track record of managing large teams and engaging with multiple stakehold
• ers.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data, trends, and performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP expertise being advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of finance professionals.
