About the Head of Finance (Healthcare Services) Role:
This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the company's financial stability and long-term growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting managing cash flow and ensuring fund availability safeguarding clinic profitability providing accurate financial reports implementing financial systems and controls and collaborating with leadership to drive cost-saving strategies.
- Presenting critical financial matters and offering strategic financial insights to support leadership decision-making. Fostering a collaborative culture, mentoring finance team members, and ensuring financial compliance through cross-departmental alignment. Additionally, the role collaborates with HR to develop and conduct financial training for other departments.
- Compliance with GAAP, SEC, BIR, and other regulations, manages tax obligations, and oversees audit processes. Responsibilities include representing the company to external stakeholders, collaborating with legal on risk management, staying informed on relevant financial regulations, and communicating tax-saving initiatives to leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred) and a CPA certification.
- 10+ years of finance/accounting experience, the candidate should be skilled in evaluating financial data and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
- Experience in a leadership role at a high-growth company, particularly in healthcare or technology (with a focus on women's healthcare), is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in financial planning, accounting, and cash flow management, as well as strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
