Job Description

As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's growth trajectory. You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy and brand communication plan to drive growth, increase market share, and boost revenue generation. You will lead a talented team responsible for Advertising, Communication, and Digital Marketing, and you'll develop brand strategies for our international partner universities. Collaboration with the sales team is vital, as you'll work closely to devise on-the-ground market initiatives. Your ability to identify new market segments and expand our market share will be critical to our success.

  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Your foremost responsibility will be to create and execute a well-defined marketing strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives. This strategy should not only support growth, market share expansion, and revenue generation but also embody a forward-thinking approach to navigating the ever-evolving marketing landscape.
  • Team Management: You will lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, including those responsible for Advertising, Communication, and Digital Marketing. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the team operates cohesively and efficiently, delivering exceptional results.
  • Global Brand Development: Crafting compelling brand strategies for our international partner universities is a key aspect of your role. These strategies should not only strengthen our brand's reputation but also foster strong and enduring partnerships with our global educational collaborators.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Collaboration with the sales team is fundamental to success. You will work closely with the sales function to devise on-the-ground market initiatives that drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and customer engagement. Constantly evaluating emerging media opportunities, technologies, and platforms will be essential in keeping our marketing efforts at the cutting edge.
  • Market Expansion: You will play a vital role in identifying new market segments, assessing their potential, and strategizing on how to tap into these opportunities. Your ability to expand our market share will be a key driver of our company's growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Setting, monitoring, and reporting on team goals and key performance indicators will be critical to assessing the success of our marketing initiatives. You will establish a data-driven culture within the marketing department, ensuring that decisions are based on sound analytics.
  • Planning and Execution: To ensure the achievement of our business objectives, you will develop and oversee effective monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and marketing plans. These plans will serve as the roadmap for our marketing activities, guiding the team towards meeting our targets.

  • Requirements:
  • Experience: You should bring a wealth of experience in Marketing and Business Development to this role, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the education sector. Your track record of successfully driving marketing initiatives and achieving results will be highly valued.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are imperative for this role. You will be the face of our marketing efforts, both internally and externally.
  • Education: Holding a Bachelor's Degree is the minimum requirement but more importantly your commitment to ongoing learning and personal development, making you well-equipped to lead in this dynamic role.
  • Analytical & Entrepreneurial Mindset: A strong analytical acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential traits to excel in challenging situations and drive innovation within the marketing function.
  • Market Knowledge: Your deep understanding of the International Education Market is vital. It will enable you to identify trends, anticipate market shifts, and make informed decisions that keep us ahead of the competition.
  • Leadership: Your strong leadership skills, including the ability to set clear goals, inspire your team, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, will be key to your success in this leadership role.


Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. The buidling is across IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas, accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM UK time (3pm to 12am PH time)
Hybrid work arrangement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php140,
  • 00 - Php180,000.00 per month
