Duties and Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day operations of the commissary to ensure efficient production and smooth workflow.
Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and ensure timely delivery.- Maintain high food safety and quality control standards in compliance with industry regulations.
Manage and lead the commissary team, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients and materials.
Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed.- Communicate effectively with internal teams to align production with overall business goals.
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.- Proven experience in food production or a related field.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective production plans.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
