JOB TITLE: Head of Accounting, Finance & Compliance (Upscale group of high-end restaurants)
will report directly to the Founder & CEO and will be responsible in managing the Group's food and beverage business units in Central Visayas and the NCR, Philippines
Work location: Pasay City
Salary & Inclusions: 150k. 200k(neg), 13th mo. Pay, SL, VL, Bday leave, Birthday gift check, HMO inpatient/outpatient care, clothing allowance, admin company vehicle car or car plan, education assistance up to 2 children
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of bachelor's degree in accounting, financial management or equivalent, preferably a CPA, post graduate studies will be considered
Proven leadership capabilities with at least 10 year working experience in a senior accounting, finance, and compliance management role, expert level on fund and investment management, revenue and growth, strategic planning and enterprise risk management
Proven performance in reputable upscale food and beverage brands in the Philippines; experience in 4-5 star full service hotels, pre-opening and business startup, fast growth and expansion project assignments will be highly regarded
Strong financial and commercial acumen; highly effective and efficient in maintaining high level operations standards while exercising prudence on cost and related expense
Strong and natural leadership in people engagement and relations; development and retention, organizational culture, inclusion and diversity; excellent motivator and communicator
