Job Summary:The Head Finance and Accounting is responsible for spearheading the development and attainment of financial objectives through providing comprehensive reports on financial results, offering in-depth insights into the business and deliver forecasts and financial plans to drive business results, strategy, and decisions.
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible management experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions. Experience within the Mining and Construction industry of comparable size and complexity is preferred.- Demonstrated strong communication and problem-solving skills. Exceptional analytical capabilities.
Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Skilled in leadership, project management, and presenting to diverse audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software.

Oversees department operations and ensures the achievement of quality and timeliness metrics.
Directs the preparation of tax reports, financial statements, and annual audits.
Manages tax strategy, budgeting, and internal reporting for all corporate affiliates.
