Duties And Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the executive.
- Manage and prioritize the executives calendar, ensuring efficient time management.
- Prepare meeting agendas, organize logistics, and ensure all necessary documents are prepared.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, including emails, reports, and presentations.
- Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries and handle travel-related issues.
- Assist with the preparation and review of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and contracts.
- Track transaction progress, coordinate with legal and financial advisors, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare summaries and reports on market conditions and property performance.
- Conduct research on real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Identify areas for improvement and streamline administrative processes.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information, including financial data and personal details, with discretion.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and security protocols.
- Coordinate and manage relationships to support business objectives.
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Advance degrees or certifications is preferred.
- Proven Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proven experience in real estate management, transactions, or development.
- Familiarity with real estate documentation, including leases, purchase agreements, and contracts.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze property values, and assess investment opportunities.
- Experience with real estate management software and tools.
- Ability to handle budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking related to real-estate.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
