Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the executive.
  • Manage and prioritize the executives calendar, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, organize logistics, and ensure all necessary documents are prepared.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, including emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Prepare detailed itineraries and handle travel-related issues.

  • Assist with the preparation and review of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and contracts.
  • Track transaction progress, coordinate with legal and financial advisors, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare summaries and reports on market conditions and property performance.
  • Conduct research on real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Identify areas for improvement and streamline administrative processes.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information, including financial data and personal details, with discretion.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and security protocols.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships to support business objectives.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advance degrees or certifications is preferred.
  • Proven Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proven experience in real estate management, transactions, or development.
  • Familiarity with real estate documentation, including leases, purchase agreements, and contracts.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze property values, and assess investment opportunities.
  • Experience with real estate management software and tools.
  • Ability to handle budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking related to real-estate.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
