Manage executive schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive
Draft, proofread, and edit reports, presentations and other documents.
Organize meetings, including preparing of agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring to follow-up on actions items.
Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other administrative functions
Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
College Graduate
Has a work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Excellent MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (calendars/copy machines)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Has proven background as Executive Assistant with experience in Real Estate and Finance.

Familiarity with real estate processes, terminology, and documentation can be crucial, especially if the role involves dealing with property transactions or investment analysis

Understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and accounting practices. Experience with financial reporting is often preferred.
