Manage the Chairmans calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all materials are prepared in advance. Anticipate needs and prioritize requests efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. Track project progress and provide updates to the Chairman.
Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and relevant economic data to inform decision-making. Prepare summaries and reports for the Chairmans review.
Oversee office operations, manage budgets, and coordinate travel arrangements. Ensure the Chairmans office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Organize and coordinate board meetings and other important gatherings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
Bachelors degree in Economics or a related field; laude preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with project management tools.
