Job Title: Head Chef (for a high-end Mediterranean restaurant)
Work Location: Lahug, Cebu City
Salary: 80K basic plus 10% SC, Boarding room close to work
Work hours: 11am-2:30pm/ 5pm - 11pm
Qualifications:
HRM/ Culinary graduate
At least 3 years work experience in the same capacity (Mediterranean Cuisine)
Aditional skills required:
1-Experience in fine dining
2-Can create testing menus
3-Food costing and proper portions size
4-elevation in modern dishes presentations
5-Work with local ingredients and bring to a international culinary experience
