Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Baale Resort Goa in North Goa. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining kitchen inventory.

Qualifications

1. Culinary skills, Menu Planning, and Kitchen Management expertise
2. Food Cost, Menu Planning and Sales analysis
3. High degree of guest interaction and menu customizations
4. Experience in leading and training kitchen staff
5. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
6. Creativity in developing new dishes and menus
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
9. Strong communication and leadership abilities
10. Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field
