Job Description:
- Managing the daily operations.
Eager to hit the quota of the branch.- Motivates staff on a daily basis.
Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking drink orders
- Preparing and serving beverages such as fruit tea, milk tea and yogurt drinks.
Answering customers questions about menu choices- Promoting and recommending menu options to customers
Attracting new customers and refining the menu
- Ensures customer's satisfaction with giving excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- With atleast 5yrs of experience as store supervisor.
Graduate or atleast college level. Attention to detail in customers need
- Can manage the daily operation.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.- Can work full time, minimum of 8 hrs with 1 hr break / day and 6 days in a week
