The
Head Baker is responsible for overseeing the entire baking process, from recipe development to the final product. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with experience in recipe development, cost production, and a deep understanding of the baking process.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Create and refine recipes to produce innovative and high-quality baked goods.
- Monitor and manage production costs to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Supervise all aspects of the baking process, including mixing, proofing, baking, and finishing.- Lead, train, and mentor the baking team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensure all products meet our quality standards and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
- Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure all baking activities comply with health and safety regulations.
At least 5 years of experience in recipe development and cost production within a bakery setting.- Strong understanding of the baking process, including dough mixing, fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques.
Ability to develop and innovate recipes to meet customer preferences and market trends.
- High attention to detail to ensure the highest quality in all products.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,- 00 - Php60,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types: - 13th month salary
