Job Objective / Purpose
To support business growth of Flexicare through an efficient corporate clinic management program that will complete the full suite of service offered by the company.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Support business growth through efficient P&L management
- Ensures that efficient clinic management processes are implemented across all sites
- Designs wellness programs for client companies based on relevant data
- Designs training program to improve skills of staff (e.g. RCI Pillars, Customer Service, Review of SOPs, etc)
Background And Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine with Specialization in Occupational Health
- PCOM Member
- Strong background in corporate clinic management, more than 2 years experience is preferred
