We are seeking for the Solutions Lead, HCM that can do level 3 support and implement projects for SAP HCM.
You will collaborate with company management and IT teams to develop a data strategy that meets corporate needs and industry requirements.
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE
- Can create an inventory of the data necessary to build and implement a data architecture.
- Can envision data pipelines and how data will flow through the enterprise.
- Can maintain a repository of all data architecture procedures and artifacts.
- Can evaluate current data management technologies and what additional tools are needed
- Can research new opportunities and create methods to acquire data.
- Can develop measures that ensure data accuracy, integrity and accessibility.
- Can continually monitor, refine and report data management system performance.
- Can define/ evaluate technical requirements, initiate procurement process, and monitor budgets and availments
- Can conduct system gap analysis and identify measures to address the gaps between existing and proposed system
- Can assess business requirements and translate these IT needs into a system design specification
- Can design implementation plan and identify required resources (financial and people) to ensure successful project implementation
- Can plan/ assess acceptance testing and data conversion approach and manages the seamless integration of multiple inter-related solutions
- Can handle orientation of high-level users/executives and execute IT training and cascade programs to ensure continuous knowledge transfer
- Can facilitate meetings to clarify business processes, manage timelines for assigned function, and resolve minor project concerns
- Can handle multiple and changing priorities as assigned and plan/lead small to medium projects and installations
- Can identify functional hierarchy and define functions to be performed by the new system and their relationship with each other
- Can evaluate feasibility and workability of system design
- Can formulate user acceptance criteria and conduct actual system validation with key process owners
WHO ARE YOU
You have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience
- With at least 3 full-cycle implementation experience for:
- SAP HCM Organization Management (OM),
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Time Admin and Management (TM), and
- Payroll (PY)
- ESS experience is a plus
- Good communication skills to work closely with the business
- Knowledge on/experience in other HR solutions (ex. SF, Workday) is a plus
- ServiceNow fulfiller experience a plus
