Qualifications
Summary: As an Application Developer in the System Development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Workplace Technology Solutions to develop and enhance applications that support various business functions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design, build, and configure applications according to business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Develop and enhance applications using Workplace Technology Solutions. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and deployment processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workplace Technology Solutions. - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Experience with HCL Domino / IBM Lotus Notes / HCL Notes. - Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C#. - Experience in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workplace Technology Solutions. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
