• The role

REBEL Coaches are an integral part of the REBEL experience, ensuring a world-class coaching experience for our customers. Gym Managers play a dual role as both coaches and managers. We're looking for highly motivated individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in the fitness industry.

• Responsibilities

Deliver Excellence: Develop a strong understanding of international-level coaching and deliver a world-class customer experience, helping clients achieve their goals.

Client engagement: Be responsive and reach out to all assigned clients through effective communication channels ensuring client retention.Organization: Utilize coach systems to track and communicate client progress efficiently.

• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the coaching operations team and lead fellow coaches to meet clients needs.

• Qualifications

Experience in the fitness industry (required)

• Experience working in and/or managing a gym

International Coaching Certification (preferred, e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA)

• High energy, self-motivated, team player

Reliable and professional demeanor

• Excellent communication skills in English

Open to feedback and continuous improvement

• Available to work in either the LAGUNA (Mamplasan) or ORTIGAS (Boni) area
