Focuses and handles students academic and behavioral concerns, provide and conduct career orientations/seminars, student development. Also find ways to reach out parents, teachers, as well of the students concerns and issues and conduct counseling regularly.
a. Monitors the track records of the students especially with their academics and behavior.
b. Provides a concise, legit information to students and parents regarding students developmental activities
c. Conducts group or individual counseling sessions to assist students with problems or concerns
d. Evaluates the progress of at risk-students and reinforce developmental plans
e. Confers with parents whenever necessary and conducts case conferences whenever appropriate
f. Conducts a career orientation/ seminars for Junior High School, Senior High School and College students.
g. Studies and updates student records
h. Supervises Student Organizations in the Basic Education Dept.
i. Schedules parenting talk (quarterly) from Daily routine
j. Performs other related work concerning students progress and development
