Guidance Counselor

The Guidance Counselor contributes to the development and enhancement of guidance and counseling policies, programs, and services. The role involves teaching guidance subjects using diverse teaching methods to ensure students grasp the content thoroughly. Assist in administering entrance exams, facilitate workshops, and maintain students records for effective guidance interventions. Collaborates with various stakeholders, plan special programs and evaluate and revise counseling services to meet students evolving needs, ultimately promoting their personal and academic development.
