Counseling- Is responsible for the academic and personal counseling of students
Conduct routine interview to new students- Counsel students who are referred by the teachers
Confers with parents regarding counselees with the approval of the Head of Guidance and Head of School (HOS)
- Consults with the Teachers, Coordinator, HOS and Parents about student needs and growth
Formulate Group Guidance modules for teachers and students
- Construct and facilitate School Crisis Intervention Program
Train teachers on how to facilitate Group Guidance to students- Prepares and implements the guidance calendar of activities as approved by the Head of Guidance and Head of School (HOS)
Informs the entire school staff and personnel of the school Guidance Program of its objectives, and the role of each member
Engages in statistical research relative to student behavior
Monitors student's behavioral concerns
- Tracks and collates student's Incident Reports
Coordinates with teachers in providing support to address student's behavioral concerns- Assists during Parent-Teacher Conferences
