Qualification:- Bachelors degree in Psychology;
Preferably with on going Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling;- Registered Psychometrician (RPm) is advantage;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in Makati.
- Primary Responsibilities:
Provide counseling sessions to address specific topics related to personal, social, career, and emotional issues and concerns;
- Provide support and interventions for all students;
Provide insight and support through collaboration and consultation to ensure students are supported mentally;- Oversee the implementation of Guidance services to students;
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of student and case records, communication, and medical records;
- To maintain and update student data;
Communicate and coordinate with faculty to obtain students academic standing progress reports;- Support the Guidance Head in supervising the receipt, distribution and accuracy of all testing materials;
Prepare, distribute and collect materials for all aspects of testing process;
- Maintain confidentiality, security and integrity of all tests and related materials;
Support in planning and coordination of different activities;- Support in parent conferences;
Support in distribution of flyers and other helpful materials to students;
- Assist with student discipline process;
Maintain confidentiality, security and integrity of all information on students and reports;- Act as lead in information dissemination especially to matters concerning current and continuing students;
Collaborate with other departments to help implement goals and objectives;
- Participate in institutional projects and activities;
Help out and take initiative in other tasks that may be given from time to time
