- Responsibilities include:
Develop, organize, and manage guest activity programs and events, including excursions, workshops, and entertainment.- Collaborate with local vendors and attractions to provide unique and engaging experiences for guests.
Promote and communicate available activities and programs to guests, ensuring they are well-informed and encouraged to participate.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Provide personalized service to VIP guests and repeat customers, ensuring their preferences and needs are met.- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, aiming to exceed guest expectations.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure follow-up to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Assist in training new staff members on guest service protocols and best practices.
Share knowledge and insights on guest relations and activity programming with team members to improve overall service standards.- Direct interaction with guest and staff
