Purpose of the role
Guest Relations is responsible for the organizations success in reputation and customer satisfaction.
Prior work experience: 2 4 years of working experience in Hospitality/Tourism background
Duties & Responsibilities
- Setting up hospitality for Isprava Guest check-in, check-out
- Concierge services
- Massage, cook, restaurants, planning the stay and special celebrations such as dcor, cake
- Involved in the overall planning and setting up of new business vertical for Isprava
- Involved in Marketing, Website Development, Reservations, Software's, Revenue Channels, FTO's, Travel Agents, Business Development, Introducing F&B, Staff Training along with Digital Media and packages roll out.

- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Able to demonstrate consistent high quality of hygiene and other allied services
- Organized and Systematic
- Patient, energetic and open-minded
- Well-presented, polite and tactful
- Can handle complaints in a calm manner
- Excellent people handling skills
Educational Qualifications: Degree in Hospitality
